Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

All players should be in week #3 of our running program. It is important that all players follow thru and do this program on their own. All players will be required to do the running test that is in your information packet to determine your fitness level, and whether or not you have done the running program.

Coming into camp in shape will give us more time to prepare for the upcoming season, and not spend time getting you in shape. It will also reduce your chance of having heat related problems and getting injured. Do your part. The program is designed to get you into football shape, and it doesn't take that long to do. Also, don't forget that our stength and conditioning program begins next Monday at 6pm.

If you are going on a family vaction, bring the program with you and find some place there to do strength training. The start of football is almost upon us, so you better be ready for a challenging season that lies ahead. Failing to prepare will not only hurt you, but will ultimately hurt all your teammates as well.
