The following is the summer schedule for the weight room:
Evening Hours: (6-8:30pm)
July 9th, 11th, 16th, 18th, 23rd, 25th, 30th
August 1st, 6th, and 8th
Morning Hours: (7:15-8am)
July 10th, 12th, 17th, & 19th
All players should make every effort to make strength and conditioning sessions to decrease their chances of getting injured. Injury prevention is the number 1 reason that we do strength training. Anyone who does not do strength and conditioning over the summer will likely get injured sometime during the football season.
