Two more graduating seniors have made their college choices for next fall this past weekend.
Co-captain Paulo Alvear has decided to attend and play football at Western New England in Springfield, MA. Paulo was a four-year program player who worked very hard in the weight room and developed himself into a very good football player. Western New England likes him on the defensive side of the football. Paulo was named our Most Valuable Player this past season.
Former Split End Joe Colombo has decided to attend SUNY Farmingdale on Long Island. He will participate as a pole vaulter on the Track and Field Team there. Joe was a two-year program player who began playing football as a junior, but proved himself to be a quick learner and a very unselfish player. He was a very valuable member of our program and will be missed a great deal.
We wish both of these fine young men all the best at theri respective colleges.
