Last season's success was built on a strong foundation laid during the off-season program. This season will be no different. If we are not willing to be committed, we will not reach our potential on the field. All returning players are reminded that the off-season program runs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:40-4pm. If you are involved in a winter sport, you should be lifting at least two days a week with your team. If your team is not taking advantage of the weight room, you need to get in there on your own. If you are not able to get in during the school day (Check with Coach Palazzo for available periods), then the other alternative is 6am in the morning every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Don't make excuses, because there aren't any that are acceptable. Find a way to make it there. You will be the one who benefits more than anyone else. Remember that "Tradition Never Graduates."
